Free Tier
Pokapoka offers a free tier with core functionality. As no payment is required for the free tier, no refunds apply to free accounts.
Premium Subscriptions
For premium subscription services, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you haven't extensively used premium features
- Pro-rated refunds may be available for annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days
- No refunds for subscriptions canceled after 30 days, but you retain access until the end of your billing period
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions canceled after 30 days
- Accounts terminated due to terms of service violations
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless required by law)
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
