User Accounts

Pokapoka is not a medical service. Our AI insights and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokapoka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
